Everything you need to know about chartering with us
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season from December through April. For holidays and special events, booking 1 to 2 months ahead ensures you get your preferred vessel and date.
All charters include a professional captain and crew, fuel, basic beverages like water and soft drinks, snorkeling equipment, and all required safety gear. Catering, open bar, and additional services can be added to customize your experience.
Most charters depart from IGY Marina in Cabo San Lucas. Some vessels depart from Puerto Los Cabos in San Jose del Cabo. Your confirmation will include specific departure location and instructions.
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted due to licensing and liability reasons. We offer excellent catering and open bar packages to meet your needs.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your charter or provide a full refund. Light rain does not typically affect charters, but high winds or storms may result in cancellation.
Half-day charters are 4 hours, full-day charters are 8 hours. Sunset cruises are typically 2 to 3 hours. Extended and overnight charters are also available upon request.
Gratuity is not included in the charter price. A typical gratuity is 15% to 20% of the charter cost, depending on service quality. Crew works hard to ensure you have an exceptional experience.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, a towel, a light jacket for evening cruises, and a camera. If you have added catering or an open bar, you may also want to bring cash for crew gratuities.
